Parker Charlton, FAAC®
Manager
Parker joined McClintock & Associates in June of 2019 to focus on financial aid compliance and was promoted to Manager in 2022. Clients value his specialized knowledge of Title IV regulations, modular programs, R2T4 calculations and Student Information Systems. Parker is a Certified Financial Aid Administrator (FAAC) and a member of multiple financial aid associations and presents regularly at conferences. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Financial Services and Senior Director of Student Financial Services, for 4-year for-profit institutions.
Outside of work, Parker serves on the supervisory committee for New Alliance Federal Credit Union. Parker enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also plays hockey, coaches youth soccer and is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.
