ED’s COVID-19 Guidance and FAQ

By David B. McClintock, CPA | March 24, 2020

Hello friends,

As we begin another week, we hope you are all doing well and successfully transitioning to new circumstances.

We also would like to direct your attention to the Department of Education’s (ED) updated guidance related to Title IV compliance and interruptions of study caused by the COVID-19 outbreak. The update includes a comprehensive FAQ document that is attached at the bottom of the page.  Click here to review their guidance and download the FAQ.

The update is certainly worth reviewing, but rest assured the staff at McClintock and Associates is still available to provide guidance and service. While our office is closed, employees have shifted to a work-from-home environment. We are moving along projects, and developing plans and processes for however the long the “new normal” lasts.

At this time, email is the best way to reach our employees (find individual contact information through the Our People page of our website). You can also leave a voicemail for employees by accessing the directory via our office line (412-257-5980).

Ultimately, we are here for everyone who requires assistance. It is a confusing time, and you deserve the best possible support as we weather this crisis.

Thank you and stay healthy,
