McClintock and Associates began 2016 with the addition of two new employees to the firm’s audit department. We are pleased to introduce Jennifer DeBor and Zhanyao (Spencer) Wang.
Jennifer joined the firm as a Manager. She has 10 years of professional experience and began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she worked on a variety of clients in the public and private sector as well as the financial services and manufacturing industries. Jennifer also previously worked as a Finance Director at a large healthcare organization.
Jennifer earned both a Master and Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Robert Morris University in 2006 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2007. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jennifer grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and resides in the North Hills with her husband and dog. Jennifer enjoys new food experiences and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Spencer joined McClintock & Associates as a Staff Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, she earned a Master’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business and passed the CPA exam. She lived with her parents in Xiamen, China prior to coming to the United States for her undergraduate and master’s education.
Spencer has assisted low-income households in preparing their federal, state, and local tax returns for three years and continues to enjoy volunteer work for the community. Spencer enjoys the travel associated with working as an auditor and sends a post card to the firm from each audit location she visits. Our staff in Pittsburgh looks forward to hearing about her adventures across the United States!
