Tax Services: Tax Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of the Tax Manager include, but are not limited to:

Accountability

  • Retains current business relationships with focus on high customer value
  • Oversees workflow and utilization of other staff
  • Owns client tax planning and customer service
  • Stays current on tax organization knowledge and skills
  • Willing to provide timely feedback to staff and clients

 Leadership

  • Creates or co-creates thought leadership content such as articles (industry related), webinars, etc.
  • Demonstrates our core values
  • Develops network contacts and resources

Management

  • Develops staff and coordinates departmental training
  • Conducts annual performance evaluations
  • Balances appropriate workload for each staff member, providing opportunities for growth and development while remaining true to our core values

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3-5 years’ leadership experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in the public accounting industry
  • CPA or EA
  • Corporate and individual tax services experience

 Preferred

  • Masters in Tax

The Tax Manager position is a hybrid position headquartered in Bridgeville, PA
